By accessing or using phdstudio.org, its subdomains (including but not limited to pdf.phdstudio.org, tts.phdstudio.org, chat.phdstudio.org), or any affiliated services (“the Site,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site.

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may send a notice pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our contact below with sufficient detail to locate the material and prove ownership. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

13. Modifications

We may amend or update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
